To be a certified pilot and mission ready in the 308th Fighter Squadron, you must first go through a serious of training course's. Once completed you will be promoted to 1st Liutenant and be granted fighter status.
New Squadron members are to submit a FTS training request form (follow the link above). you will be trained in a timely manner, training will take approximately 1 to 3 weeks depnding on student availability.
